The site will provide a listing of network providers, Prescription Drug information, downloadable forms and customer service contacts. All you need to do is register in the “customer” section and let the search begin.

The site will allow you to Order/Print Dental ID cards; View/Print your Dental Benfits; Access Lincoln DentalConnect® health center for locating a dentist, dental health information and a dental cost estimator tool.

Retirement – 401K and Hourly Employees Retirement Plan – John Hancock – online at
The site provides an avenue to check on your investment money, change the investment funds, research the various funds and keep up-to-date with the latest changes in the investment markets. All you need is your PIN number, which, if you don’t have it you can request it by calling the customer service line at 800-395-1113.
